My Client is seeking an individual with a strong background in Residential Property matters, eager to thrive in this dynamic and ever-expanding field.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a diverse caseload, encompassing sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold properties (registered, unregistered, and new builds).
- Handle lease extensions and auction transactions proficiently.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers.
- Ensure adherence to all internal and external audits, sharing insights and best practices with team members.
- Adhere meticulously to the firm's policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrable expertise in residential conveyancing, including proficiency in handling complex aspects of the process.
- Sound knowledge of referral arrangements coupled with a keen awareness of compliance issues.
- Proven business development acumen.
- Proficiency in IT, coupled with an inclination to drive and embrace system development for enhanced efficiency.
- Track record of establishing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients and industry professionals.
