Main areas of responsibility:
- Support employees in professional growth within the organisation
- This position will report directly to the Human Resources Manager
- Assist in the annual intake of the company and selection process, attending events on behalf of the company
- Manage progress reviews and track employee progress with line Managers and be responsible for all paperwork required throughout this process
- Facilitate the delivery of annual plans for sourcing of work placements and apprentices
- Work actively to promote the Work Placements and Apprenticeships schemes
- Help to set targets for all learners and be a consistent support to them
- Maintain and update all apprentice records, placements, and apprenticeships in accordance with GDPR
Required Skills & Desired Experience:
- Experience in Coaching or Mentoring
- Excellent ability to form and maintain positive relationships with Managers
- A Qualification or membership to relevant professional body
- UK Driving License
- Successful experience of the recruitment process
- Ability to work under pressure and able to work independently, prioritizing workload
- Competent IT skills
