Day-to-day of the role:
- Answer customer inquiries regarding our products and services, providing accurate and timely information.
- Process orders and transactions with attention to detail and efficiency.

- Respond to customer requests via phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline customer service processes and improve overall service delivery.

- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
