Dynamite Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Head of Marketing

for our successful client based in

the

Southampton Area.

You'll be implementing campaigns, managing a small team of marketing professionals and analysing trends to further develop and grow the business.

Salary:

£50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.

Location/Shift Pattern:

8.30AM – 6PM, Monday to Friday

The duties of the Head of Marketing are

:

  • Develop and implement promotional plans to further develop the business.
  • Oversee Marketing activities – such as campaigns, promotional events and product launches.
  • Manage budget and marketing funding to maximise profiting.
  • Analysing trends and identifying customer needs, adjusting future plans accordingly.
  • Build lasting professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Lead a small team of marketing professionals.
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns to evaluate future plan improvements.
  • Stay aware of industry trends to implement innovative campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the business.

The ideal Head of Marketing with have/be:

  • Marketing degree or equivalent academic qualifications are essential.
  • Proven experience in similar roles.
  • Knowledge in the Automotive industry desired but not essential.
  • Excellent leadership skills and previous managerial experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Be data-driven.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proven record of successfully executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strategic mindset and strong self-organisation skills.
