Our client has a great reputation in the industry and is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and flexible all-rounder to work as part of a busy hire desk team within a supportive company.

Job Title - Hire Controller
Location - Netherton, Dudley
Salary - £28-32k / annum
Hours - 7.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday
Main Duties:
- First point of contact for customer enquiries
- Coordinating drivers to ensure equipment is delivered and collected from customers on time and efficiently.
- Ensuring accuracy of all paperwork.
- Liaising with the workshop to ensure that equipment is available.
- Assisting with loading and unloading in depot when required.
- Dealing with damages, calculating costs, liaising with customers regarding damages and ensuring payment is received
- Full training on product range will be given.
Requirements:
- IT literate
- Full driving licence (essential)
- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure & to set deadlines
- Customer focused
- Energetic & enthusiastic
- Hire industry experience (desirable)
