SALES ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR - Permanent role - £32k-34k

I've exclusively partnered with a Global Skincare & Cosmetics brand with their search for a German-speaking Sales Administration Co-ordinator for their European team, based in London.

As part of the European team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing the Order-to-Cash process for key accounts and wholesale clients across Europe. Your focus will be on ensuring orders are processed, fulfilled, and invoiced promptly, meeting all agreed timelines.

Collaborate with the European Customer Services Sell in Manager to drive Supply Chain projects and identify areas for enhancement within Sales Administration teams throughout Europe.

Main responsibilities:

  • Order to cash management of the Key Accounts and Wholesale orders across Europe. This includes making sure that:
  • orders are raised accurately and on time
  • orders are being delivered to customers on time and in full
  • orders are invoiced accordingly
  • claims are addressed, if needed
  • Answering, advising and guiding customers whether it's over the phone or via email in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Take orders through email or EDI.
  • Liaise with warehouse to ensure lead times are met.
  • Run daily report to ensure all orders have been placed correctly.
  • Attending meetings to follow up on activities and run the report to present figures.
  • Process invoices the day that orders are shipped by the warehouse and run weekly reports to ensure all orders are invoiced.
  • Support the improvement of the business processes, aligning and simplifying the ways of working across European Sales Administration team.
  • Be an active contributor to the various supply chain transformational projects across Europe to drive efficiency.

You, ideally, will have a minimum of 3 years' Wholesale Administrative experience, coupled with excellent customer service experience. Proficient IT skills-Word, Outlook, Excel - previous use of SAP, EDI and E-Gate would be a plus.

This is a permanent role, paying £32k-£34k, based in their central London office 3 days per week, 2 from home.
