Duty Catering / Letting Manager - Education Sector up to £28,000 - based in Hertfordshire.
Working 40 weeks (34 weeks of term plus 6 weeks), 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday 12noon - 8.30pm.
We are seeking a Duty Catering Manager, to start ASAP, reporting to the Deputy Catering Manager you will be responsible for the day to day catering functions as well as management duties.
CATERING EXPERINCE IS ESSENSIAL FOR THIS POST
Experience and skills: Duty Catering / Letting Manager
- A keen eye for detail in service delivery, food safety and health and safety are essential, along with the inter-personal skills to liaise with catering managers, external clients, school staffand pupils. Strong office skills will be necessary, including a good understanding of IT and a confident telephone manner.
This position will suit a Keen, Enthusiastic, Smart and Extremely Motivated Manager with a keen eye for detail.
A first-time manager appointment would be considered for the right candidate, although experience within the catering industry is a must.
