Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to join our team at a vibrant primary school in Lambeth. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and friendly individual to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching children with autism
- Experience teaching children with special educational needs (SEND) highly desirable
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Enhanced child and adult DBS on the update service
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to the needs of children with SEND
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support each child's development
