Location: High Wycombe, UK (Hybrid Basis – candidates must be able to regularly commute to High Wycombe)

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Salary: Negotiable + Bonus

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client's dynamic team. As a permanent member of the Customer Support team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional Customer support and assistance to our client's valued customers. If you have a passion for technology, possess excellent communication skills in German, and are experienced in Customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Logging all incoming enquiries through the support desk
  • Co-ordinating the capture of all support issues and facilitating resolution
  • Monitoring product escalations from within the support desk system
  • Taking responsibility for the identification of any evident complaint trends
  • Accurate completion of reports

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German is essential (both spoken and written).
  • Previous customer support experience is essential
  • Additional fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
