They are seeking a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join their dynamic property team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and expand your knowledge in conveyancing law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting solicitors with the conveyancing process from start to finish.
- Drafting and preparing legal documents related to property transactions.
- Conducting legal research and due diligence as required.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Managing and maintaining files and records accurately.
- Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal or similar role within a law firm.
- Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and property law.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using legal software and MS Office applications.
