Overview:
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice.
As a Marketing Apprentice at Mach Recruitment, you will support our marketing team in executing campaigns to attract and engage clients and candidates.
This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in various marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and analytics.
You will work closely with our operations team to develop your skills and gain a deep understanding of marketing strategies within the recruitment industry.
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum.

What we are looking for:
Essential skills and qualities:
- A passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working week: 40hrs a week: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
