The role

We are currently recruiting a Tele-sales Administrator for one of our well-established clients in the black country area. As an Administrator you will be faced with a variety of duties to ensure the workplace runs smoothly and effectively.

Main responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Answering incoming tele sales/ website enquiries.
  • Daily outbound calls to generate new business.
  • Produce training certificates for clients' staff (inserting name and date) and send them to clients.
  • Manage daily sales and administration activities.
  • Produce inspection/training quotations.
  • Obtain new business contact names.
  • Update email database.
  • Attending training courses was necessary to develop existing skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in all duties required by management.

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience in the Tele-sales sector.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Geographical knowledge.
  • Excellent liaising skills.
