Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting with the firm debtors while building and maintaining good client relationships
- Assisting in identifying ways the business can improve their collections process
- Enforcement of the companies credit policies
- Dealing with client invoice queries
- Chasing outstanding debt owed to the business and ensuring the notes are all updated on the internal system
- Liaising with internal and external clients to ensure progression of payments
- Working alongside the debt recovery team
- Accounts reconciliations
- Monday to Friday - 9 - 5
Profile
Successful candidate will possess:
- Worked in a similar background before
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Microsoft proficient
- Professional manner
- Work to timed deadlines
Job Offer
Salary up to £26500 + 5% annual bonus + 25 days annual leave plus banks option to buy more + EAP + Hybrid working + Enhanced pension + Enhanced maternity and paternity allowance.
