Social Worker Assistant - Adults Team
South Wales based Local Authority in Bridgend is seeking a Locum Social Worker Assistant to join their Early Intervention and Prevention hub on an initial 6 month contract with a potential to extend.
Social Worker Assistant will act as key workers and provide support for Adults with unmet needs to prevent or minimise the risk of needs escalating.
You will:
- Some Home Working
- To be a part of Strat Meetings
- Supporting Social Workers
- Administering Intervention Plans
- Interviewing this immediately
- Pay rates are competitive
Requirements:
- Car and Full Drivers License (may consider non car driver)
- 12 Months Experience
