Lettings Manager
Ruislip, Middlesex
£32,500 + Pension + Parking
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Lettings Manager to join a friendly and professional organisation with a great reputation and take complete control of building maintenance and repair requirements.
Some of your duties will include:
- Overseeing a large portfolio of commercial properties and supervising a small team of Letting Assistants
- Liaising with trusted Contractors and co-ordinating the repairs and maintenance of properties
- Carrying out property valuations and advertising properties on corporate website
- Liaising with tenants to organise property viewings and negotiating terms of tenancy agreements
- Maintaining rental records, recording payment details and chasing overdue payments when needed
- Maintaining computerised tenant and Landlord database systems and updating details when necessary
