We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Development Consultant to join our friendly team.
In this role you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in various healthcare positions, including nursing, managers, allied health, and care assistant's roles, along with strong sales development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar Sales role, knowledge of the healthcare industry would be advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Understanding of compliance and the importance of maintaining correct data
- Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
