An exciting opportunity has arisen at London International Patient Services (LIPS), to join the Supply Chain team as an Inventory Management & Purchasing Lead. This permanent, full time role will form part of a small team of Supply Chain professionals supporting our client LIPS.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring an effective Purchase to Pay (P2P) support service to end users. Requisitions are assessed and turned into Purchase Orders using experience, knowledge and guidelines with a high level of accuracy and usage trends are identified. Lead on and manage Inventory effectively, minimising waste and loss. Influence end users to help standardise and rationalise products and services. Assist senior colleagues to implement change to continuously improve the service, enhance customer experience and increase knowledge and expertise.

Manage an Inventory Management & Purchasing Lead(s) by organising work schedules, absence cover and appraisals. Lead team development and encourage team building to enhance efficiencies.

Providing great customer service is important, and you will need to liaise with suppliers on a daily basis to ensure customer expectations are met.

Continuous improvement is a core part of our work at KFM and you will use your knowledge & experience to identify usage trends, variations and opportunities for efficiencies, influencing end-users to help standardise & rationalise products.
