My client a main car dealership in Tubridge Wells is looking for someone to help manage the cars on display and help the workshop with vehicle movement. If you have a Full UK driving licence and are energetic and can work well under pressure then don't delay, send your application.
As a Site Coordinator, you will assist our busy sales department by organising vehicles on site, collecting and delivering vehicles and, ensuring both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard. Excitingly, part of the role is to load and maintain our used car online showroom, taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions online daily. These will be used on their website and across the social media accounts.
Ideally, you will have prior demonstrable experience in a similar fast paced environment. You will be an excellent communicator and feel comfortable building relationships with colleagues across the business.
KEY TASKS :
- Assist with the flow of vehicles required for the Workshop on a daily basis including the management of Customer parking areas on the site
- Carry out Customer vehicle collections/returns for either Sales or Aftersales as and when required
- To co-ordinate in conjunction with management the organisation/display of Service Courtesy vehicles on a daily basis
- Ensure showroom vehicles and used vehicle display are compliant with standards at all times
- Ensure the prompt progress of trade vehicles through Group and Auction channels
- New/Used and part exchange vehicles are checked in and stored in the appropriate location
- To co-ordinate transport and transfer of vehicles within the Group and region
- To work as a team with colleagues to ensure that the business operates effectively
