Production Planning Administrator required for our client based in Sheffield
Objective: To Provide continuous work to any production areas
Job Spec:
Creation of codes for SAP.
Reports, including monitoring of daily live order reports, KPI reports for overdue monitoring and expediting.
Ensure production orders are processed, dated and planned according to customer requirements.
Amendments to routings where required
Creating and maintaining BOMs.
Releasing of production orders
Creating excel checklists.
Exceptions reports - Tube/Hose/Kitting departments
General Administration duties
Dealing with subcontractors on a daily basis
Additional Knowledge/Experience
Proven experience in Production Planning
Word/Excel/SAP
Understanding of the production processes both system and shop-floor.
Methodical working style.
Lean manufacturing principles.
Product knowledge would be advantageous (hydraulic parts)
Benefits:
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Hours: 37.5 per week Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
Holidays: 25 days plus stat bank holidays
