They are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to join the team and help steer the financial strategy, ensuring the continued success and growth of the organization.

As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of the business. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to support growth. This role requires a detail-oriented and strategic thinker who can manage complex financial structures and lead a finance team.

Qualifications and skills

  • You must be qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience managing financial operations for multiple entities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of driving digital transformation, process optimisations and software improvements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
