The AML Compliance Assistant will be part of the legal team and will:
- Assist in the implementation and management of compliance framework particularly on the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program.
- Support the Legal department in ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and report findings.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective compliance strategies.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Help with the development of training materials for AML procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in AML regulations in the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
- Handle other compliance-related tasks as required.
Profile
A successful AML Compliance Assistant should have:
- A strong understanding of AML regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
