As a
Quality Control Technician
, you'll be essential in ensuring our products and raw materials meet the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with suppliers, test materials, and conduct ISO9001:2015 audits, making a real impact on the quality of our output. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control tests on raw materials and finished products in line with testing schedules.
- Report and manage non-conformities, working with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct internal audits across sites to ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 and other relevant standards.
- Assess suppliers and third-party contractors to ensure material quality and suitability.
- Train staff on quality control procedures and maintain accurate records of all processes.
- Represent the site on all product quality-related matters and participate in customer visits when required.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Quality Control Technician, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO systems and quality control processes.
- IT skills, particularly in SAP and MS Office, with excellent Excel proficiency.
- A team player with great communication skills and the ability to work across all levels.
