Revenue Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Revenue Manager at The Runnymede.

What will I be doing?

Overseeing reservations and holiday sales team, you will ensure that our guest journey is effortless from beginning to end. This includes maximising sales throughout the guests stay and beyond by providing advice on the hotels experiences from Afternoon Tea to Gin Tasting, whilst also allowing our guests to talk in confidence with you and book their next break.

What are we looking for?

  • An inspirational leader who drives their team to deliver a great guest experience.
  • A leader who has experience of sales and target setting.
  • Someone who can instil confidence in the team to actively sell extra experiences prior to the guests stay.
  • An individual with the ability to effectively lead, motivate and engage your leaders and team, even in times of high demand.

What skills do I need?

  • Able to work to a sales target.
  • Financial knowledge with the ability to manage sales in line budgets.
  • Can create an environment where the team are able to grow and develop.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate ideas
