B2B Sales Order Processor/Sales Support/Account Management Support

The Sales Support Executive role will involve:
- Sales order processing
- Updating the system with kitting / job / additional service requirements
- Shipment status checking / delivery monitoring
- Dealing with courier issues where required
- Being point of contact for customer service and query resolution (internal and external)
- Maintaining accurate records and system notes
- Liaising with other departments as required to ensure that orders are fulfilled according to customer specification and standards
- Sales Account management as per allocation if/where relevant
- Creating & maintaining and/or contribute to process flows and procedures
- Ad hoc duties as they arise
Key Skills required of the Sales Support Executive:
- Service Led and Results Oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels/in all formats - building trust & credibility to maintain good relationships and reputation both internally and externally
- Proficient in both literacy and mathematical skills (GCSE grade 5 or equivalent)
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Shows initiative and has a positive, pro-active and collaborative attitude
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a small team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Reliable and organised with an impeccable eye for detail
- Motivated to continuously learn and improve and possesses strong, relevant IT capabilities
- Experience of using a CRM system and order processing within a fast-paced, changing environment is preferred
This Sales Support Executive will offer a basic up to 26K plus £500 bonus and many other benefits.
