You'll assist on contentious trusts and probate work, handling all manner of issues in relation to trusts, estates and contested litigation work.
A background is Litigation is essential, a background in Contentious Trusts and Probate is desireable but not esential but it is important that you wish to progress in this field.
You will need to be a good communicator, both in writing and on the telephone and have a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team - and what a great team they are.
