Experience EA to CFO for a Global Office

Leading International Real Estate Office is seeking an experienced EA to CFO.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience working as an EA for management.

This role will be based in West London with part time 3 days a week 9 am to 6 pm in the office.

Duties Include:

  • Full administrative support
  • Diary, travel and events management
  • Document production
  • Maintain database systems
  • Generate orders, invoices and expenses

You will be excellent at coordinating a busy schedule and adapting to a range of working styles.

The EA will show an advanced knowledge of Microsoft programmes and an outstanding attention to detail as well as a friendly and outgoing disposition.
