Finance Assistant - About The Role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities across all entities within the group.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Credit Control
- Assist in financial data entry and analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with the finance team on various projects
- Provide administrative support as needed
The successful Finance Assistant will have/be:
- An interest in and basic understanding of accounts processing
- Well organised and comfortable switching between multiple tasks
- Honest and trustworthy
- Good communication skills - able to build positive relationships both internally and externally
- Able to work on own initiative and manage own workload
- Good numeracy skills
- High attention to detail with accurate record keeping
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Previous experience of working in an office environment would be an advantage
