Job Title: Accounts Clerk
Job description: Venn Group has partnered with a large organisation based in the Rugby area to find an Accounts Clerk on a temporary to permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure payment runs are sent out within set timeframes
- Ensure that payments made are compliant with HMRC regulations
- Liaise with Commercial Teams to ensure payment queries are resolved in a timely manner
- Produce and provide key subcontractor reports
- Produce month end reports and reconciliations
- Manage key supplier accounts
- Resolve internal queries and maintain internal relationships
- Meet requirements of company standard financial service level agreements
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in purchase ledger and CIS experience
- Possess good Excel skills
