MERJE has partnered with an innovative D2C Fintech company that is dedicated to improving financial literacy and expanding investment opportunities for all. We are looking for a part-time Head of Compliance to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process alongside the Customer Service Team.
- Provide oversight for the company's policies and procedures.
- Ensure the company consistently achieves high standards for consumer value.
- Serve as the main contact for our regulatory principal and e-money provider.
- Supervise internal training initiatives.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven experience in investment compliance, particularly with retail business models.
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
- Commitment to the mission of enhancing financial literacy and broadening investment access.
