We are seeking an experienced Legionella / Water Hygiene Consultant for healthcare projects in South/West London. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical background and excellent communication skills.
Skills and Experience:
- 2 years of Legionella Control experience
- 1 year of plumbing experience preferred
- Knowledge of domestic hot and cold water systems
- Understanding of HTM 04-01, HSG274, and ACOP L8
- Knowledge of Legionella microbiology
- City and Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing + NVQ (or equivalent) in Plumbing
- Full UK Driving License
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Legionella Risk Assessments for healthcare facilities
- Provide expert advice on water hygiene and plumbing
- Ensure regulatory compliance through client collaboration
- Analyze engineering projects and suggest water hygiene solutions
- Prepare detailed reports and technical specifications
- Support project teams with technical assistance
