Chase & Holland are excited to be with an innovative business who are currently going through a strong period of growth and are looking to recruit an Account Executive to join their friendly customer services team. Reporting to the Customer Services Manager you will be the first point of contact for customers ensuring a consistent and efficient end to end service for customers.

This is a great opportunity and will suit someone who has excellent customer service experience along with a positive, proactive approach.

Responsibilities of the Account Executive:

  • Ensuring excellent customer service is always delivered
  • Communicating with customers using the most appropriate method of interaction, phone, email and face to face
  • Ensuring scheduled reports and tasks are completed in full and on time
  • Prioritising workload to ensure a balanced approach to reacting to incoming requests whilst monitoring ongoing projects
  • Co-ordinating internal departments to deliver projects on time and to customers' expectations
  • Work as part of the Account Management team; supporting the Account Director to build profitable growth and generate new revenue
  • Ensuring attention to detail when processing orders and communicating customer requests to internal departments
  • Being commercially aware when handling incoming enquiries to ensure best value for the customer whilst delivering profit for the business
  • Working to your own initiative; applying your knowledge and understanding of the customer's ways of working
  • Managing client budget and timeline expectations whilst coordinating internal/external teams to deliver to budget and timelines
  • Being the first point of contact for customers facing technical issues with online ordering platform
  • Ensuring all conversations are recorded and customer details kept up to date to enable efficient handover and to support exemplary customer service

Required Skills & Experience:

  • High standards of verbal and written Mathematics and English
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must be highly organised and able to prioritise
