Key Responsibilities:
Support students in both individual and group learning activities tailored to their needs
Foster a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment
Assist with personal care and mobility needs where required
Build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and families
Help students to develop social, emotional, and communication skills
Work alongside teachers and therapists to implement individualised learning plans
