Estate Agent
- Annual Salary: £35,000 + commission
- Location: East London (including travel to other locations)
- Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a proactive and personable Estate Agent to join an established property development company who specialise in high specification homes. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who is ready for immediate start and is comfortable with travelling to various Show homes across East London and occasionally in North London.
- Conduct property viewings and manage open house events across various locations in East London and North London, and south London.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering high-quality customer service throughout the buying and selling process.
- Negotiate property sales and effectively close deals.
- Generate and follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date advice on the local property market.
- Ensure all administrative tasks related to property transactions are completed efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record of sales and or Lettings within the property industry (2-4 year's experience)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
- Set days Tuesday to Saturday, with shifts between 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm
- Ideal candidate needs to be very flexible around working hours, especially if there is an evening viewings.
