who join the senior leadership team and take a seat at the table. You will be instrumental in helping deliver on their ambitious growth plans, sharing their vision you will play a key role in continuing their impressive growth by driving marketing to new heights, and discovering innovative commercial opportunities and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities...

  • Customer Strategy: You will lead in crafting both B2B and B2C customer strategies, aligning them with the businesses heartfelt mission and company goals.
  • Market Expansion: With a keen eye on customer experience, you'll dive deep into market research, crafting business plans that pave the way for new commercial opportunities, whether through acquisition, partnership agreement or opening new locations.
  • Marketing Leadership: You'll be the heartbeat of the businesses marketing efforts, inspiring the brand to resonate with new customers and deepen connections with existing ones ensuring a life long customer journey.
  • Property Strategy: Your guidance will shape our property strategy, helping to identify new locations, set up inviting and engaging physical environments that will enhance customer experience and build brand familiarity and trust with customers, which will ultimately enable our business to drive growth and reach goals.
  • Customer Focus: You'll understand the unique needs of a diverse set of customers, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and valued.
  • Customer Experience & Retention: You will mastermind and implement creative ways to make every customer experience best in class, always striving to exceed expectations, crafting strategies to make customers feel valued and engaged, which in turn will create brand loyalty and maximise their lifetime value to the business.
  • Team Development: You will be responsible for leading a passionate customer services team, setting the stage for success and growth.
  • Performance Tracking: You'll set up and maintain systems to track progress, ensuring forward momentum. With key metrics in hand, you'll monitor commercial and marketing efforts, working closely with the CEO and the board.
  • Business Partnering: You'll collaborate across diverse teams, fostering a spirit of unity and shared purpose. Always embodying the company culture, inspiring others with your dedication and passion.
  • Partnership Building: Innovating in the area of new opportunities, you will build and nurture mutually beneficial partnerships, creating lasting relationships that are profitable and benefit everyone involved.
