Description
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Perform duties including recording, posting, and processing day to day transactions.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Stock and financial planning analysis
- Collaborate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
- Engage with stakeholders on a regular basis for financial planning.
- Resolve any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and/or clients.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
Profile
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
- An academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office.
- An understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- An organised approach and ability to manage time effectively.
Job Offer
