Hays are representing an exciting retail company to recruit a Marketing Manager in Banbridge. This is a new role with the opportunity to shape the marketing function and grow a team around you for a leading company.
Your new role
As Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to grow each of our client's brands. You will be responsible for:
- Developing brand strategies for each brand and defining the positioning and messaging for each
- Designing and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across multiple channels.
- Manage and develop a marketing team.
- Create and implement brand messaging, content and creative assets that communicate each brand's identity.
- Execute digital marketing initiatives for each brand and stay up to date with the latest trends to maximise brand visibility and engagement.
- Align marketing efforts with business objectives to ensure collaboration with teams across all touchpoints.
- Manage budgets for each brand and monitor and track frequently.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance by analysing data, feedback and trends, identifying areas to improve and optimising strategies.
- Create and sustain relationships with third party stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of strategic Marketing Manager experience in a B2B organisation
- Demonstrable lead generation experience
- Ability to manage stakeholders and third party relationships
- Experience of managing and/or leading a team
- Experience of enhancing and growing brand awareness
- Experience in managing various digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid advertising, website management, social media management, influencer marketing.
- Experience of analysing and reporting on marketing campaigns and initiatives.
What you'll get in return
