POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE* - UK & IRELAND
Due to business growth and internal promotion, we are looking for a Customer Service and Internal Sales Executive. The role involves processing orders in our SAGE-based ERP system, managing inbound sales orders, customer quotes and supporting the field sales team from time to time.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a group of existing accounts remotely, making outbound sales calls to customers generating business and keeping them updated with the latest Ledlenser products. The position would suit a friendly, personable individual who is self-motivated and enjoys working in a small team.
We've worked hard to ensure our office is a great environment and is regularly attended by our small UK team. Due to the nature of the work, this is a full-time position in the office - however, following a successful probation period, working from home up to one day per week is possible.
The position will suit a customer-focused individual with a razor-sharp attention to detail. As a natural problem solver, you will be creative, build long-lasting relationships with our customers, be entrepreneurial and hard-working.
INDUSTRY / EXPERIENCE BACKGROUND:
- You'll have a background in delivering first-class customer service.
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Experience in working on a busy inbound and outbound sales desk
- Experience in sales of consumer electronics, lighting, technical equipment, power tools or hand tools, either through working for a brand or a retailer, is an advantage but not essential.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
- Sage 200
- Workist AI software (training is given)
- MS Office 365 - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
