We are seeking a dynamic and organised Office Administrator to support all areas of our clients thriving farming business. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of their office, from managing financial records to implementing innovative systems.

Key Responsibilities

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Data Management: Accurately inputting data into our accounts system (Pegasus Opera), processing purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and customer delivery notes.
  • Financial Reporting: Creating comprehensive financial and statistical reports using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Communication: Effectively communicating with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
  • Administrative Support: Providing versatile administrative support across the business.
  • Systems Improvement: Actively participating in enhancing our IT systems and business models.
  • Problem Solving: Interpreting instructions, investigating issues, and implementing solutions.
  • Project Involvement: Contributing to meetings, conferences, and project teams.
  • Compliance: Adhering to health and safety, quality management, and equipment care policies.
  • Professional Development: Continuously developing your skills through training.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful Office Administrator will possess:
