Team Trainer
Mid Kent
c.£35,000 DOE
Permanent Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
A brand new role has been created for a Team Trainer to join my client on a full time permanent basis. My client is looking for somebody who is self-motivated and has previous training experience within a regulated environment.
Duties include:
- Responsible for training a team of 45 from administrators to managers.
- Ensuring all team members are trained to the same standard.
- Identifying gaps in knowledge.
- Producing bespoke training materials.
- Implementing training plans.
- Delivering training sessions to the team (in person and virtually).
To be considered for this role, you must have/be:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a regulated environment.
- A proven track record of delivering effective training plans to stakeholders at all levels.
- Self motivated.
- Able to confidently present to others.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A training qualification would be an advantage.
