Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative Based: Norwich HQ with Norfolk County-wide travel
**Salary ranging from: £23,442 to £27,000 per annum + Provision of works van for business usage
**Work Pattern: Monday to Friday - 35 hrs per week, Full time
**Contract: Permanent

Our client is Norfolk county's largest environmental charity, committed to the protection and enhancement of Norfolk's wildlife and wild places.

They are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their Estates and Facilities team as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative. This busy post will support the professional management and maintenance programme of this Charitable Trust's owned estate including residential properties and commercial property holdings, Visitor Centres, workshops, office spaces, welfare facilities, Headquarters, Nature Reserves and other wildlife and heritage sites.

You will have proven experience of delivering maintenance work, both planned and unplanned and hold appropriate skilled qualifications. Candidates should have proficient IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc) and demonstrate a keen interest in wildlife and the work of this nature conservation charity. Applicants must have a full driving licence. A van, tools and equipment will be provided as part of the role.
