We are currently working with a High End Restaurant based in Dorking who are looking to recruit for a Restaurant Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team who are passionate about delivering high quality modern cuisine in their fine dining restaurant,
Hours Per week : 48 between Wednesday - Saturday . Wednesday - Thursday are later starts as the restaurant is only open for Dinner Service. Fridays and Saturdays are longer days as they are open for lunch and dinner service .
What are we looking for ?:
- A minimum of 2 years Restaurant Manager experience within high-end restaurants
- A true passion for the customer experience
- Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
- Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
