The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading organisation with ambitious growth plans. The Project Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing refurbishment and construction projects for new and existing sites throughout the UK. You will manage multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to project scope, budget, safety and value for money.
The Candidate
An experienced Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering projects in property/facilities management and construction. You will be IOSH Managing Safely certified, and have a strong understanding of CDM compliance. Ideally you will have experience working in the public sector as well.
