Position Overview:

Randstad is looking for talented KS2 Teachers to join our network of Primary Schools in Wigan. We welcome both newly qualified teachers and seasoned professionals interested in day-to-day and long-term assignments. Successful candidates will be adaptable and willing to work across various year groups. A solid understanding of the KS2 curriculum is essential.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE).
  • Classroom experience with KS2 pupils.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum.
  • Two professional references from the past five years (one must be a safeguarding reference).

Preferred:

  • A current DBS on the update service. All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references. We can assist if your DBS is not yet on the update service.
