**Job Role Requirements:
- Deliver engaging and effective Business Studies lessons to Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students.
- Teach Year 11 and Year 13 Economics, ensuring students achieve their full potential in these critical subjects.
- Plan and prepare lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for the subject.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and support school initiatives.
**Qualifications and Person Specification:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 4 & 5, and Economics at Year 11 and Year 13 levels.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with educational best practices.
