About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our clients vibrant and supportive school from January 2025. This full-time role is ideal for an enthusiastic educator who is eager to inspire young minds and foster a love for learning in a nurturing and inclusive environment or an experience teacher seeking a new position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of KS1 pupils, promoting high expectations and ensuring every child makes progress.
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to support individual needs.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create a cohesive learning experience.
- Contribute to the wider school community, taking part in school events, clubs, and extra-curricular activities.
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Hold a recognised teaching qualification (QTS).
