An exciting opportunity to join a well-known, highly regarded organisation near Reading. This is an office based, part time (30 hours per week), permanent role, taking responsibility of payroll administration, HR administration and other ad hoc duties.

Description

Payroll and HR Coordinator (Part Time)

Payroll

  • Processing and administering monthly payroll for all staff
  • Upload new starter information - into the payroll system (calculations of weekly hours)
  • Upload sickness, holidays, starters, leavers etc. each month
  • Check of timesheets - accuracy and inconsistency resolution
  • Upload pension data to pension provider
  • Produce annual salary letters

HR

  • Support onboarding
  • New starter documents and complete new starter checklists
  • Right to Work, qualification and reference checks
  • Other ad hoc HR responsibilities where required

Profile

The successful Payroll and HR Coordinator (Part Time)...

  • Can adhere to an office based role (W. Berkshire location)
  • Happy to work part time (30 hours per week)
  • Proven exposure within a payroll processing environment as well as any other HR ad hoc responsibilities
  • Positive, outgoing attitude
  • Strong MS Package exposure
  • People orientated

Job Offer

  • Salary: Full time equivalent of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • Office based - Free parking on site (W. Berkshire)
  • 30 hours per week
  • Permanent
  • 25 days + Bank Holiday
