Payroll and HR Coordinator (Part Time)
Payroll
- Processing and administering monthly payroll for all staff
- Upload new starter information - into the payroll system (calculations of weekly hours)
- Upload sickness, holidays, starters, leavers etc. each month
- Check of timesheets - accuracy and inconsistency resolution
- Upload pension data to pension provider
- Produce annual salary letters
HR
- Support onboarding
- New starter documents and complete new starter checklists
- Right to Work, qualification and reference checks
- Other ad hoc HR responsibilities where required
Profile
The successful Payroll and HR Coordinator (Part Time)...
- Can adhere to an office based role (W. Berkshire location)
- Happy to work part time (30 hours per week)
- Proven exposure within a payroll processing environment as well as any other HR ad hoc responsibilities
- Positive, outgoing attitude
- Strong MS Package exposure
- People orientated
Job Offer
Payroll and HR Coordinator (Part Time)...
- Salary: Full time equivalent of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
- Office based - Free parking on site (W. Berkshire)
