We are pleased to be supporting a growing, well established business who are looking to expand within the finance department, this Pontefract based company are looking for an ambitious accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining a team of 4 within finance and will report into an excellent, passionate financial controller.
Due to the business growing and changing the job spec will develop overtime duties may include;
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Supplier statements
- Purchase ledger - manage the invoices and check they are processed correctly
- Assist with cash flow forecasting
- Assist with budgets and expenditure
- Analyse the P&L reports - to fully understand the business
- Produce and post journals
- Other adhoc duties
