Sales Administration Temporary - ongoing £12.50 per hour
25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm Friday, 9am - 4:30pm 2 days working from home - After training period!
We are recruiting for a client of ours who have an opportunity for an outgoing character to join their team of 7 people within a sales admin team.

Key Responsibilities for a Sales Negotiator:
- Processing of orders
- Manage all orders from receipt to shipment
- Handling support enquiries via email and telephone to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, to include stock enquiries, ETA, and other customer requests
- Raise credits, pro-forma orders, sample requests and other administrative tasks
- Provide support to both internal and external sales teams
- Solve problems and occasionally deal with challenging telephones calls and issues
- Investigate and resolve complaints
Key Skills needed for a Sales Negotiator:
- Customer service experience
- Driven
- Confident on the phones
- Good communication skills
