Role: Performance Tester & Automation Lead
Location: Remote / UK or Europe
Contract Length: 12 months initial contract
Day Rate: Competitive day rate

We currently assisting one of our clients in their search for a Performance Tester & Automation Lead to join their team on 12 month contract basis.
This role will be responsible for leading the Performance and Test automation streams in the governance function, interacting with the project and business teams as well as the vendor organisations as needed for specific performance testing and test automation requirements.
About the role:
- Hands on expertise on Tricentis toolset including NeoLoad and Tosca.
- Experience in leading strategically important test automation initiatives for large customers.
- Experience in formalising automation approach, ROI calculation, prioritisation of applications and requirements
- Proven experience in complex performance testing requirements, including other non-functional requirements
- Strong understanding of cloud products, particularly Azure
- Strong foundation on leading performance test applications and utilities e.g., Neoload, LoadRunner and monitoring tools, as well as leading functional test automation tools e.g. Tosca. Ability to code utilities and wrappers is desirable.
- Experience working on AI or AI-augmented applications. OpenAI is preferred, but comparable
