Job Title:
Part-Time Warehousing Tutor (Trainee or Qualified)
Location:
Hemel Hempstead - Centre based
Salary:
£30,000 - £34,000 (Pro-rata salary depending on experience and qualifications)

Type:
Part Time, Permanent (16 hours p/w)
Duties:
- Teach/assess learners working towards a vocational qualification in Warehousing.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
- Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
- Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
- Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
- Embedding of Maths and English into sessions.
Criteria:
- Must hold solid, occupational experience within Warehousing.
- Hold - or be willing to work towards - a recognised Teaching or Assessing qualification.
- Hold a level 2 as a minimum within Warehousing or Logistics.
- Must have experience of delivering training (on-the-job training in the workplace or classroom/workshops).
- Must hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Functional Skills equivalents.
- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
